The coaching process always starts with a no-obligation exploratory conversation. Together with the coach you will explore what challenges there are and what your role is in the context you have outlined.

You will determine together  with the coach what is needed to create the desired development and objectives for the process. What will make the difference?

In a number of predetermined conversations and, where desired, additional contact moments, you will then be guided in taking manageable steps towards your desired goals. If there are personal obstacles to your actions, these will be investigated. You can expect systemic interventions, which often provide insights surprisingly quickly, which in turn offers room for a different view of your environment and your own actions.

'I' will mirror from a basis of trust. Where necessary I will seek the area of tension. Asking thought-provoking questions, offer exercises and increase your insight. I encourage reflection, and will also actively think along and 'incite' action'.
